MOSCOW, Nov 10 (PRIME) -- Russian carmaker Sollers plans to acquire Mazda’s stake in a Vladivostok-based joint venture and to start production of a new model range at the facility in 2023, a spokesperson for the company told PRIME on Thursday.
The person also said that the deal has already been approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the governmental commission.
